Quest Capital Solutions , a leader in Rent-to-Own finance for movable assets in the transport industry, is seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and reliable Storeman to join our workshop team, located at the corner of Gravel Road and Botfontein Road (M15), Stellenbosch Farms, Cape Town . Key Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming stock, parts, and consumables, recording all items accurately in the ERP system (Sage Intacct). Issue parts, tools, and materials to personnel, maintaining traceability and accountability. Conduct routine and monthly stock takes, investigate variances, and report discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and generate purchase requisitions to maintain critical spares and consumables. Maintain an organized, clean, and secure store area, ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. Assist with supplier deliveries, returns, urgent procurement, and support periodic audits. Qualification and experience Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent. Minimum 3 years experience in storekeeping or inventory control , preferably in a workshop or fleet environment. Proficient in ERP systems (Sage Intacct, SAP, Syspro, Pastel Evolution, or similar). Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping. Basic knowledge of truck and trailer parts and consumables. Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, ERP data entry). Physically fit and able to handle workshop stock and equipment.
