What You’ll Be Doing:
Keep the payment waves rolling with technical support & system stability
Troubleshoot & analyze issues like a pro surfer reading the ocean
Deploy, implement, and monitor software updates – no rogue waves allowed!
Provide 2nd/3rd line support to keep operations smooth
Manage SQL/PostgreSQL maintenance like a seasoned lifeguard
Communicate with stakeholders & ensure service levels are totally tubular
 
What You Need to Ride This Wave:
Matric + IT Degree/Diploma (or gnarly work experience)
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in payments & transactional processes
SQL/PostgreSQL skills – bonus if you`ve got Linux & cloud chops
Experience with switching solutions & financial transaction processing
Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities – no panic paddlers here
Killer communication skills – keep the team stoked & in the loop
