Job & Company Description:

I’m looking for Systems Administrators with hands-on experience supporting and maintaining servers, networks, security systems, and cloud environments. 
Partnering with me provides access to exciting technical roles where your expertise in Windows/Linux environments, virtualisation, networking, backups, and cloud administration will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and availability.
• Install, configure, and support software, hardware, and network systems.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user access controls.
• Support virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Perform backups, disaster recovery, and patch management.
• Manage cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or equivalent).
• Ensure security compliance, antivirus management, and firewall configurations.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Microsoft Certifications (MCSA/MCSE, Azure) , CompTIA A+, N+, Security+, VMware / Hyper-V Certification or Cisco CCNA

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Systems Administrator
• Hands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Experience with virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VPN)
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Cloud Experience (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
