Job Summary
Minimum Requirements
- A 3-year IT qualification.
- 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, with a focus on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM modules.
- In-depth technical and architectural knowledge, including:
- PeopleTools and PeopleSoft configuration
- Oracle Weblogic, SQL Server, Windows Server OS
- PeopleSoft security, integration broker, and diagnostic tools
- Backup & disaster recovery procedures
- Project management capability and strong documentation skills.
- End-to-end understanding of enterprise IT environments, ideally within a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the IT Manager and application teams to deliver scalable and efficient system solutions.
- Provide input into the ITS and systems strategy, risk management, and technology roadmaps.
- Ensure systems integrity through solution design, technical reviews, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and proactively recommend improvements and innovations.
