As a Systems Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the company’s core infrastructure. Your responsibilities will focus on server management, network monitoring, containerized services, system reliability, and incident response.

Key

Responsibilities:

• VM & Database Management – Assist in managing and maintaining servers, databases, monitoring software, and internal services to ensure reliability and performance.
• Network Monitoring Tools – Develop and optimize network monitoring tools to improve outage response times.
• Containerized Services – Help maintain and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• System Integration & Redundancy – Support security, performance optimization, and redundancy efforts to enhance system reliability.
• Documentation & Improvement – Work with senior team members to document and refine internal systems and workflows.
• Incident Response – Assist in diagnosing and resolving system issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Experience with virtual machines (VMs), databases (MongoDB, SQL), and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized service deployment.
• Strong understanding of network monitoring and system performance optimization.
• Knowledge of security best practices and redundancy strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
