About the Role
Helderberg Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering effective recruitment solutions while ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent, contract, and / or temporary roles
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and internal databases
- Shortlist and present suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and placements
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or Psychology (advantageous)
- 2–5 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- Agency recruitment experience preferred
Qualifications
- Completed Matric (Grade 12)
