Job Summary
Minimum Requirements/Criteria Include:
- At least 2 – 5 years experience in a similar conveyancing related role
- Capable of handling large volumes of files (30 – 60)
- Matric (non negotiable)
- Must have GhostConvey , LEXIS Convey , Stordoc & E4 Training experience (non negotiable)
- A relevant legal qualification would be an advantage
- An excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal, is a requirement of the role
Duties:
- Must be able to handle a busy workload (multiple files simultaneously) whilst maintaining a high-quality support service.
- Support residential and commercial conveyancing.
- Candidate will be a key point of contact for queries and be responsible for providing general support to the conveyancing team, liaising, and updating clients, agents and third parties when required.
