QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in Aviation, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• 5-10 years in UAV operations with specific expertise in Ground Control Stations.
• In-depth understanding of UAV GCS hardware, software, telemetry systems, and communication protocols.
• Previous experience in instructional roles or technical training preferred.
• Certification in UAV operations and maintenance is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills; proficiency with simulation software and other training aids.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and training methods; familiarity with South African aviation regulations and compliance standards.
• Own transport required.
