Job Summary
Strategizing with product managers and stakeholders to chart the development roadmap
Empowering engineering teams with mentorship, tools, and processes to thrive
Setting Agile standards, debugging with precision, and staying hands-on with development
Aligning internal and external teams with clear communication and impactful strategies
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of Agile software development experience, with a proven track record of delivery
Expertise in modern enterprise technologies and system architecture
Mastery in managing global teams across time zones and driving performance
Advanced knowledge of SDLC, design patterns, and scalable system development
Bonus Points for:
Experience with embedded systems, edge computing, and cloud platforms
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and consumer/retail technologies
Stakeholder engagement at an executive level
Personal attributes:
A confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy, and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures. An individual that possesses great problem-solving skills & an ability to work with little to no supervision
