• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality

• Manage stock control, storage, and inventory levels

• Coordinate and track outbound deliveries to ensure timely and accurate distribution

• Liaise with service providers and internal teams to maintain smooth operations

• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure compliance with health and safety standard

• Perform local deliveries as required

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts

 
Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence (essential) and a clean driving record

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and deliveries

• Forklift licence advantageous (or proven forklift experience)

• Physically fit and able to move and lift materials as part of daily duties

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Sage Pastel experience will be a plus

• Preferably residing in or near the Southern Suburbs

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities

• Customer service orientated and professional in conduct
