About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Security Manager to join our team at Greys Recruitment. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day security operations across allocated sites and ensuring compliance with PSIRA regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day security operations across allocated sites
Supervise, deploy, and discipline security personnel
Ensure proper staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management
Handle client queries and maintain strong client relationships
Compile operational reports for management

Requirements

Proven experience as an operations Manager within the security industry
Valid PSIRA Grade A (non-negotiable)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong knowledge of security operations and legislation
Ability to work under pressure and after hours when required

Qualifications

Relevant security or management qualification
Experience managing multiple sites
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
