Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance across locations.

• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Oversee staff management including hiring, training, development, and performance evaluations.

• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and stock control to ensure optimal product availability.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase foot traffic and customer retention.

• Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the retail or grocery sector.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.

• Excellent knowledge of retail management best practices.

• Proficient in MS Office and retail management software (e.g., POS systems).

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
