About the Role
Telebest is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring all payroll functions are performed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all payroll functions are performed accurately and on time
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Understand payroll compliance and quality control
- Completion and submission of EMP201
- Understanding of the BCEA is essential
- NBCRFLI is advantageous
- Responsible for pulling payroll function
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or Payroll
- 5 years + experience
