About the Role

This is a role for a Financial Accountant who enjoys complexity, thrives on pace, and wants visibility into a fast-moving, performance-driven business. You’ll sit close to the numbers that matter, revenue, cost drivers, cash, controls, and decision-making, and you’ll be trusted to own your space end-to-end. Accuracy is non-negotiable, but so is curiosity, commercial thinking, and the confidence to ask why.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly management reporting and reconciliations
Ensuring data accuracy across products, regions, platforms and brands
Investigating variances, resolving open items, and staying ahead of anomalies
Preparing income statements and balance sheets with meaningful commentary
Managing accruals, prepayments, intercompany billing, depreciation and FX
Supporting internal and external audits with confidence and precision
Handling tax, VAT and regulatory reporting across multiple regions
Managing weekly cash flow, payments and supplier balances
Strengthening controls, documenting processes, and improving how things are done

Requirements

BCom in Finance, Accounting or similar
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
Strong Excel skills
Experience in complex, transactional environments
Exposure to ERP systems (Business Central experience is a bonus)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
