Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a passionate and dedicated CDP Pastry Chef to join the culinary team at a renowned luxury game lodge. If you have a love for creating exceptional dishes and enjoy the unique environment of a game lodge, this could be the perfect role for you!
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience working in all kitchen departments, including hot, cold, and pastry sections.
- Strong focus on the hot section, but must be flexible to handle the cold and pastry sections as needed, especially when other staff are on leave.
- A team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
