Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, with a focus on structuring and developing processes for effective program implementation. Strong background in financial management, budget oversight, and reporting. Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks. Bachelors degree (Hons) or equivalent in conservation biology, natural resource management, social development, or a related field. Experience managing and mentoring teams in a conservation setting. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to remote areas. South African Citizen. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong written communication skills, including proposal and report writing. Self-motivated, organised, and resourceful with the ability to work independently. Willingness to work in remote areas for extended periods. Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
