About the Role
Our 5-star Safari Camp in Zululand is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across all departments. You will work closely with our HODs to ensure seamless bookings and maintenance of high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Front of House Hospitality Management & F&B (FOH & Kitchen)
- Month End Stock Takes & continuous stock control
- Reservations/Reception Finance; Admin, Stock Controls & Stocktaking
- Housekeeping
- Communicating with HODs on bookings information; Maintenance Management of maintenance staff and tasks planned and unplanned
Requirements
- Grade 12 Hospitality or Game Lodge Management qualification
- At least 3-5 years previous work experience in management roles in related lodge environments
- Management experience in luxury lodge environment
- Focus on guest experience delivery from each department
- Systematic and strong with protocols
- Understanding of budget control and financial management and planning for the future of the lodge
- Hands-on staff management and staff disciplinary process
- Eye for detail and good all-rounder in all aspects of the lodge
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Hospitality or Game Lodge Management qualification
