Core Role tasks and responsibilities: Work with the team to improve a platform for AI & Machine Learning Develop new features and improve existing features of MLOPs solution Implement and manage infrastructure on AWS using Terraform Write clean, maintainable, and efficient codebase in an Agile environment Manage and improve monitoring and alerting tools Ensure security compliance and implement best practices in AWS Collaborate with teams of developers and stakeholders to support the development and secure operation of the platform Essential skills requirements: Strong Experience related to AWS networking & security hardening Experience with CI/CD, automated testing tools ideally Github actions Experience working with AWS cloud technologies such as Amazon Sagemaker, AWS API Gateway, VPC, S3, StepFunctions, Event Bridge, Lambda, Sagemaker Pipelines, CloudWatch and IAM Programming skills in Python Solid understanding of Machine Learning model training & lifecycle Experience in creating build and release pipelines for ML solutions Proven experience in infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Terragrunt Solid understanding of data engineering (ETL) and data storage concepts Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter Advantageous skills requirements: Ability to work independently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle and model development Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation Strong presentation skills Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required Willing and able to travel internationally Knowledge and experience with use of Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines If you are a driven professional with the required qualifications and experience, we encourage you to submit your CV.
