About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong background in Temporary Employment Services (TES) and labour outsourcing solutions to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships within the outsourced labour industry, with a sound understanding of workforce management, employee relations, and service delivery within TES environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the TES and labour outsourcing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing of deals.
  • Conduct daily client visits and workforce engagement sessions.
  • Ensure effective management of temporary employees placed on client sites.
  • Handle client queries, workforce concerns, and employee-related matters professionally.
  • Monitor contract performance, headcounts, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in labour outsourcing / Temporary Employment Services (TES).

Proven experience dealing with temporary employees and managing workforce solutions.

Ability to manage high-pressure operational environments.

Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the Western Cape region.

Strong administrative and reporting abilities.
