Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Profit and Loss Management: in your territory by ensuring proper potential analysis and segmentation, defining the local development Plan and steering the activities to reach annual targets. Evaluating market trends and gathering competitive information, identifying trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability Sales team Leadership: to lead and monitor the sales team in your territory. This will include recruiting, integrating, developing and motivating a team of 10, to maximise sales and provide quality mentorship to promote high performance Distributor partnership development: lead and develop sustainable partnerships with agricultural distributors that are aligned to the company`s commercial policy Strategic Reporting: Collect, analyse and communicate performance data, to assess regional effectiveness and guide strategic decision-making.
