Requirements:

Strong management skills ability to multi-task and work under pressure Well developed people skills with affinity for elder persons Strong strategic, planning, financial and budgetary skills Experience in Procurement and Logistics Sound marketing skills Ability to manage a diverse work force in admin, nursing, kitchen, laundry, maintenance, etc. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in order to work effectively with residents and outside parties Language proficiency (English & Afrikaans) oral and written Knowledge of and will to stay up to date (training and learning) with all the laws and requirements pertaining to the operational efficiency of a Retirement Village pertaining to the safe well-being and best interests of residents, prospective residents, staff, workers and suppliers Computer literacy Sound Pastel knowledge, EXCEL, etc. Creativity for PPS, meeting presentation skills, etc. Excellent health/physically fit Health & Safety experience Starting date 1 February 2025 (or as soon thereafter as possible) Mossel Bay area Independent thinker but able to follow instructions from Executive committee who have final oversight Consultant: Stephnie Taljaard – Dante Personnel Cape Town
