Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency in claims adjustment processes. Create machine learning models and algorithms to process and analyze data effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation. Optimize and maintain AI systems to ensure reliability and scalability. Research and implement cutting-edge AI technologies and tools. Provide documentation, training, and support for AI applications. Key Skills and Experience Required: Programming Proficiency: Advanced skills in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages. AI & ML Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Data Analysis: Proficiency in working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and visualization tools. Automation Knowledge: Experience in automating workflows and integrating AI with existing systems. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex processes and design innovative AI solutions. Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. 3 years of experience in AI programming or related roles.
