Job Specification This role will report to the Marine & Canal Manager Responsible for supporting the management of a world class Harbour Day to day operations and facilities of the Yacht Marina Basin & Canal Operational Management, maintenance, supervision, and control of the Yacht Marina & Canal Financial Management and administration Minimum Requirements EE – Strictly National Diploma or other relevant qualification in Maritime field Must have leasing experience, office administration Must have experience in report writing and Office Management The role requires for a “hands on person” and an individual that is currently consulting MS packages, MDA / MRI – non-negotiable Must have experience invoicing on either of these systems Strong verbal and written communication skills must Ability to deal with stakeholders both internally and externally as well as subcontractors.
