Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of previous tour consulting experience required Should have a passion for delivering service excellence Must have a good understanding of South Africa, Southern, and East Africa Must have sales process and methodology skills Should have an understanding of travel industry channels and destinations Must have strong problem-solving skills and experiential creativity Should have relevant business understanding to create strategies and make commercial decisions Must have excellent computer skills, including ESS, MS Office and WETU Previous experience with TourPlan is highly advantageous Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Should have strong time management, teamwork, and conflict resolution abilities Key Outputs: Creative planning and designing of itineraries Managing the reservations process for bookings in a manner which ensures guest budget is achieved Handling of bookings from quote to finalising, invoicing and travel documents Consistent and clear communication with agents, sales teams, preferred supplier partners and colleagues Emergency duty will be on a rotational basis Working hours early and late shift on a weekly rotational basis Calm and professional manner of servicing agents and guests Proactive selling of our products and services ensuring the best possible safari for the guests Location: Gauteng, Sandton Click on the IMAGE for more information and to submit an application online
