Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire bid process from the initial opportunity to the submission of the tender. Develop and maintain the bid plan, ensuring that deadlines are met. Coordinating the inputs and contributions from cross-functional teams, which include technical, sales, marketing, finance, legal and operations. Develop and edit a bid to ensure there is consistency, accuracy and compliance with the client requirements and organizational standards. Check and query the pricing model and how it is presented. Liaise with clients to clarify the requirements needed throughout the bidding process. Assess and mitigate the risks associated with the bid. Produce a persuasive and compelling bid submittal to win business
