Job Summary

As Area Marketing Specialist, youll be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative strategies aimed at growing sales revenues in stores. Youll manage and analyse sales performance, adjusting tactics to ensure consistent growth. By overseeing product availability and managing stock levels, youll guarantee that products are always accessible to customers. Your leadership will direct promoters and product supporters, setting specific sales targets and KPIs, and ensuring these targets are met through consistent motivation and support Your role is crucial in instructing and guiding the team on which products to produce and promote, enhancing product awareness and achieving sales goals. Ideal candidates will have a background in FMCG or retail industries, supplemented by a marketing qualification and excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel. Strong communication, analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential. Willingness to travel to various store locations is also required.
