Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- 2+ years proven experience in dispatch or logistics, in the meat/food industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.

Duties and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and timely delivery of goods, manage the dispatch team, and maintain efficient stock handling processes.
- Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the dispatch team to ensure high levels of performance.
- Maintain inventory control and ensure the accurate documentation of shipments.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and optimize dispatch processes.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety standards in the dispatch area.
