3 Month contract role and top tier Financial Services company to assist with the adoption of a new platform for their clients.  Trainer with previous experience in new platform adoption and user engatement. Ability to Train, Support, Guide clients through new platform integrations. 

Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the adoption of a new platform for clients. This role combines training, business delivery, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure successful platform integration, customer satisfaction, and measurable adoption outcomes.

Key Outcomes:
1) Platform Adoption Success

• Achieve full platform adoption within 3-6 months post-launch across the client base.
• Ensure clients are fully engaged with platform features within 3-6 months, improving overall usage and client retention.

2)  Client Satisfaction & Retention

• Maintain high client satisfaction with platform onboarding and adoption.
• Drive client retention by providing ongoing support and ensuring successful platform implementation.

3)  Training Effectiveness

• Deliver training that increases platform competency and confidence among clients.
• Ensure clients demonstrate proficiency in using the platform through post-training assessments.

4)Problem Solving & Client Management

• Resolve client adoption challenges within a short timeframe, ensuring smooth platform transitions.
• Proactively identify and address adoption barriers to ensure client success.

5)  Customer Experience

• Achieve strong client feedback and satisfaction by delivering exceptional support and guidance through the adoption process.
• Continuously improve user satisfaction through feedback loops and platform enhancements.

• Proven experience in driving platform adoption and user engagement.
• Ability to train, support, and guide clients through new platform integrations.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on simplifying technical details for non-technical users.
