Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Is the partner of the IT-Sub-PdO
- Working closely with the Delivery Manager of the department to steer and support the feature team from a technical point of view.
- Manage a Feature Team in cooperation with the Delivery Manager to fulfil the prioritised requirements using agile methodologies.
- Forecast and plan for resources, infrastructure, training and licenses for the team in coordination with the Delivery Manager.
- Risk management and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with Business and IT Sub-Product Owners and colleagues across multiple products and countries.
- Understand the product and its processes from a technical and business viewpoint
- Support the Sub-IT Product Owner in creation and prioritisation of Product Backlog with business stakeholders and technical team.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of agreed deliverables (Team-DoR/-DoD and Stakeholder-Requirements).
- Quality Assurance of deliverables
- Timely escalation of risks to the IT Product Owner if a timeline cannot be fulfilled
- Give approval of the developed Product Increments from the Feature Team for return to Sub-PdO.
- Coach and mentor junior developers
- Works hand in hand with Agile Master in Planning and Steering Domain Cycles / Sprints
