Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact between the company and client organizations hosting learners
- Identify and onboard suitable employers to host learners
- Secure permanent employment opportunities for learners’ post-program
- Support learner payroll administration for seamless operations
- Build and maintain customer relationships by conducting regular site visits
- Address and resolve customer and learner concerns efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell the company products and services as part of the project’s value offering
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric (Non-negotiable)
- Diploma or Degree in Business Development, Sales, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in relationship management, client liaison, or sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Own Vehicle and valid driver’s license (essential)
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites
The right candidate should be able to work under pressure efficiently.
Please note that this is a 12-month Contract.
Salary: R20 000 – R22 500
