• Source and purchase materials, goods, and services efficiently and cost-effectively
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and trends
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery
• Resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all sourcing activities and transactions

• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist/Buyer
• Experience in the Construction or Property sectors
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and supplier capabilities
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and contract management
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
