Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) with a Higher Certificate (NQF 5) in a mechanical-related field. 25 years in quality control within a manufacturing environment, focusing on mechanics. Exposure to electronics is advantageous. Mechanical inspections, including machined and fabricated parts. Surface treatments (zinc plating, powder coating, etc.). Reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Experience working in an ISO-9001 quality management system. Familiarity with inspection tools (microscope, vernier, etc.).
