🔹Key Responsibilities
* Meeting and Greeting Customers.
* Demonstrating Vehicles.
* Building Relationships.
*Achieve or exceed vehicle sales objectives with respect to customer requirements, workflow processes, systems and related activities and
ensures compliance with the company’s financial and OEM requirements. 
* Successfully meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
* Develop and manage sustainable relationships with customers that contribute to a culture of customer service excellence.
* Aim to exceed customer expectations by ensuring timeous planning and delivery of all products and services of high-quality standards.
* Advise and provide support to ensure the effective resolution of customer queries in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Contribute to the plan and execute sales strategies that contribute and drive business growth.
* Achieve and exceed Dealership targets WRT vehicle sales.

🔹Requirements
” 5 year’s experience in the Motor industry especially at Dealership level, with solid experience and innerworkings of new vehicle sales, the aftersales
business, F&I offerings and a good understanding of the relevant financial parameters.”
* Must be able to sell New cars -VW/Toyota/Ford/Merc/BMW/Audi.
* Must have stable track record*
* Must have current comm and payslips to show units and GP’s.
* Product knowledge and understand of the product specifications, features, benefits, and advantages.
* Adhere to good corporate governance, compliance, integrity and ethics principles.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Good system knowledge of Dealer Management systems.
* A good working knowledge of FICA, FAIS & CPA.
* Must be proficient in both English – another local language will be advantage.
*Suitable applications will be considered, it is preferred that the individual is based in the Upper Highway Area – Ethekwini Metropolitan.
* Matric Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
* Valid Drivers License.
* No Criminal records.
* No ITC or been fired or dismissed.

🔹Experience
* Continuously innovate to create and implement new sales techniques.
* Apply knowledge of products, techniques and related processes to manage and track outputs aligned with key performance indicators.
* Effective use of systems, processes, resources, products and services to achieve the desired business objectives.
* Manage and report on all aspects of Dealership vehicle sales performance as required by the Dealer Principal.
* Monitor and measure CMS process elements wrt. leads, OTPs, Apps, Test Drives & Demos, Close Deals, Closing Ratios, Lost Deals, Quality of Deal Files, SSI, etc.
