About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town, WC. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for coordinating all marketing campaigns, initiatives, and activities to promote the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting research to analyse competitive landscape, market trends and customer behaviour.
- Planning and managing marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events, in-store promotions, retailers and meetings.
- Developing various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog post, Radio/TV, website, print & e-commerce.
- Graphic design in creation of new marketing material.
- Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external marketing and social media vendors as well as Brand Influencers.
- Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to management and other functional departments while providing instructions for promotion or use.
- Monitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience working in a Marketing Department, supporting the Marketing Manager or Director in establishing a marketing strategy and plan.
Strong communication skills.
Team player.
Innovative thinking and creative thought process.
Ability to operate independently.
