Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS Matric, relevant qualification advantageous Valid Drivers license and own transport required Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, with a strong drive Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with excellent organizational and time Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly Collaborative mindset with the ability to work harmoniously within a team environment Valid drivers license and own transport DUTIES Delivery of orders to various customers Checking the stock before deliveries go to customers Capturing stock information onto the system Developing in-depth knowledge of the companys product range, including features, benefits, and applications to effectively advise customers Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience Working closely with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and achieve collective goals Any adhoc responsibilities
