Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning software.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timelines are met.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
- Identify risks, delays, and resource constraints, and provide mitigation strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project performance.
- Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and project milestones.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Planner in the construction/civil industry.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working on large-scale construction and civil engineering projects.
