Company specializes in freight management along with customs clearance services.
Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
- Able to handle imports andexports (air & sea) shipments.
- Know the Incoterms – thoroughly.
- Know the import & export procedures when handling these files.
- Liaise with overseas offices to make the necessary shipment arrangements.
- Able to arrange necessary documents (Cargo Dues / SI to the shipping lines or co-loaders / EUR1 / Certificate of Origins / Phytosanitary Certificates, SADC).
- Knowledge on perishable/ reefer shipments (document requirements, PPECB inspections).
- Able to do estimates/quotes.
- Able to liaise directly with the shipping lines, transporters, Customs, all other suppliers.
- Effect creditors` disbursements and process debtor`s invoices.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Related Certificate
Skills
- 3 years` experience from Freight forwarding companies
- Cargowise system a must
Salary/Package
R20K – R24K CTC
