Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the housekeeping department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet the establishments standards. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and ensuring cost-effective usage. Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain consistent service quality and compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare and manage the housekeeping departments budget, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to address guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience. Address guest complaints and special requests promptly, striving to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Qualifications Hotel Management Diploma and proven experience in a housekeeping management role within the hospitality industry. Skills Strong leadership and team management skills.
