About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental (HSE) operations for large-scale projects in Dammam and Ras Tanura . If you have 10 years of experience and Saudi Aramco approval , this is an excellent opportunity to ensure compliance with industry-leading safety standards . As an HSE Manager , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies to create a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with Saudi Aramco regulations . Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards . Ensure full compliance with local and international safety regulations . Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and accident investigations . Lead HSE training programs for employees and subcontractors. Monitor and audit worksites to ensure proper safety practices are followed. Implement emergency response and crisis management protocols . Oversee waste management, environmental protection, and sustainability programs . Report HSE performance and incidents to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements â?? Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. â?? Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management within construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects. â?? Saudi Aramco Approval is mandatory . â?? Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco safety regulations, OSHA, and ISO standards . â?? Experience with HSE audits, risk assessments, and emergency response planning . â?? Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills . â?? Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are highly preferred. â?? Experience working in Dammam / Ras Tanura is a plus.
