Job Summary
Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization to improve targeting
Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance ROI
Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging
Monitor ad spend, adjust budgets, and run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness
Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
Provide detailed campaign reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams
Skills & Experience:
2-3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in a performance-driven environment (agency experience preferred)
Strong technical knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms (experience with TikTok and LinkedIn Ads is a plus)
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Data Studio
Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and data-driven ad optimization
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience managing ad budgets effectively to maximize return on investment
