Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for commercial vehicles and services. This includes identifying and targeting new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. indeed.com

Product Knowledge and Consultation: Utilize in-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles, particularly IVECO models, to advise clients on suitable products that meet their operational needs. Provide tailored solutions and conduct product demonstrations to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

Customer Relationship Management: Engage with both internal and external customers to provide exceptional service. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market. boardroomadvisors.co

Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the commercial vehicle or automotive industry. A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial vehicles, especially IVECO products, is advantageous. Ability to quickly learn and understand technical specifications to effectively communicate with clients.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients and internal teams.

Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs, providing personalized solutions and building lasting relationships.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
