What you will do: – Task Tracking: While the project manager ensures every team member contributes to project progress, the Studio Coordinator oversees tracking individual tasks via ASANA.- Process Documentation: As Studio Coordinator, youll need the hard skills required to churn out process documents, fill out forms, communicate with suppliers and take notes. This may sound like busy work, but the documentation you handle as an coordinator is crucial to project success.- Project Costing and Resource Coordination: Studio Coordinator are often in charge of costing all elements of a given project and overseeing a teams resource management plan. While the lead designer & project manager focuses on allocating resources and facilitating transactions for project needs, the Studio Coordinator is in the background making sure the project costs are documented in project documentation and logged in accounting software.- Meeting administration: Studio Coordinator may be responsible for taking notes of all conversations and interactions. After each meeting, its the Studio Coordinator who will send out meeting notes and action items, ensuring everyone on the team is up to speed.- Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing administrative processes.- Should have strong knowledge of preferred Project management programs (Microsoft Projects).- Ability to working in a strong team environment.- Good organization and communication skills.
