Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for customer relationships and sales. The position is 60% proactive and 40% reactive, requiring a confident communicator who enjoys outbound calling, operational efficiency, and logistical coordination.

Responsibilities:


  • Outbound Sales & Relationship Building: Engage with existing customers through outbound calls to strengthen relationships and increase their spend.

  • Operational Support: Conduct routine system checks and generate reports to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Logistics Coordination: Handle minor logistical tasks, including booking freight with approved providers.

  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Respond to client needs with efficiency and adaptability, ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction.


Requirements

Requirements:


  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Operational & Logistical Knowledge: Experience with system checks, reporting, and booking freight is a plus.

  • Understanding of UK Postcodes & Delivery Addresses: Familiarity with UK geography to facilitate smooth deliveries.
