Our client is looking for a Divisional Head Zambia to lead business operations, drive sales growth, and oversee all administrative functions. This role requires a strategic leader with strong business development skills and the ability to manage diverse operational areas, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities Oversee all operational aspects, including accounts, customer service, HR, administration, equipment, and sales. Drive business development and sales, ensuring sales targets are met and the branch remains competitive. Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions. Lead and coordinate with department heads to establish and maintain effective SOPs. Address customer and employee issues promptly, providing leadership, coaching, and motivation. Ensure compliance with local licensing, shipping, and statutory regulations. Identify and develop talent in consultation with HR, setting clear KPIs and fostering an empowered team. Key Skills Strong leadership and management abilities. Excellent business development and sales expertise. Ability to develop and implement operational strategies. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Ability to motivate and develop teams.
