Job Summary

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 / equivalent with a high level of computer literacy including Cargowise system 3 years working experience in airfreight cargo Must have good communication skills and require little supervision The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Operational communicate with clients; receive pre-alerts; track & registering shipments; ensuring full consignment is received; checking client account status; client invoicing; arrangement shipment transportation; arrange 3rd party payments; following up on cargo; submitting required docs for release; putting airline on notice for missing cargo; inform them of damaged cargo; check cargo on hand report for discrepancies; daily & monthly reports Financial check for WIPs and accruals
