Credit and Refund Processing: Handling credit processing and ensuring stock returns are accurately documented. Customer Service: Responding to general inquiries, providing professional customer service, and handling complaints following company guidelines. Stock and Price Checks: Verifying stock availability, price checks, and reservation requests. Claims and Records: Keeping claims records updated and submitting them monthly. Client Assistance: Supporting clients with fabric selection and assisting in showroom and event setups as required.
