Plant Analyst / Coordinator A well known food manufacturing company based in JHB South is looking a Plant Analyst who has excellent administration and computer skills, extremely competent on excel and enjoys to work with spreadsheets and data. Key responsibilities Working together with the Safety Reps and HSE Coordinator ensuring that the department complies with the requirements of the companys Health & Safety policies Assist the Material Controller with the control and monitoring of finished goods into and out of the department Assist with accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumables Manage the reconciliations and capturing of data associated with raw material control Update the efficiency schedules on a daily basis Update weekly wages and other production schedules General administrative duties as required by the Production Team Leader and Executive Update the register of NCQR and CFARs for monitoring of trends and statistics Follow up on DRM actions Submit and follow-up on trials and associated ISIR requests Assist with staff and general queries What skills you will need in this position: Minimum of a Bachelors of commerce degree in Supply chain or Operations management Maths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12 is essential Have at least 3 years experience in an administrative type position Experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous Excellent computer skills, especially Excel Excellent administration skills Are you someone that: Is highly accurate with excellent attention to detail Enjoys being logical and systematic Is highly organized in all that they do Somebody who always thinks about what is best for the Customer Enjoys being part of a Production team If you are interested and meet the requirements kindly submit your CV to
