Job Summary
Duties:
Submit medical aid and provident fund applications and withdrawals. Maintain and update employee database. Manage the filing and upkeep of employee personnel files. Engage regularly with Payroll, Regional Forex Managers, Heads of Department, and staff. Handle employee loans and bursaries. Assist with audits by providing necessary information. Arrange meetings and interviews. Draft and post employment advertisements. Assist with daily staff queries and resolve concerns. Perform any other duties as required. Compile and submit employment equity reports. Manage BEE level compliance. Handle CCMA, IR, and ER-related tasks. Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed Matric Degree in Human Resource Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in HR and Payroll ESS and VIP experience is essential Experience in IR and CCMA
