Requirements
- Experience in doing invoices accurately and in detail
- Board and Timber industry (Advantage)
- Garage doors/ motors industry (Advantage)
- Must be Computer Literate (MS Office & Syspro)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Must be very accurate in working out pricing
- Must be very accurate converting from m2 / m3 working out of pricing in m2 and m3
Duties
- Answering incoming emails and phone calls
- Process customer quotations
- Process customer purchase orders, delivery notes and invoicing
- Attend to customer queries and walk in`s
- Communicate with accounts department with regards to customer special requests for delivery
- Communicate with buying department with regards to customer special order or pricing
- Ensure that all quotes and purchase orders are processed within the specified times
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork is submitted
- Manage stock outs and filling of invoices, delivery notes etc.
- Internal transfers of stock
- Bundle tags print outs
