Hire Resolve`s client, a reputable construction company specializing in luxury residential developments in Stellenbosch, is currently seeking two experienced Site Agents to join their dynamic team.

• Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Coordinate and supervise on-site workers and subcontractors.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations and quality standards.

• Prepare and present project progress reports.

• Bachelor`s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management and leadership roles within the construction industry.

• In-depth understanding of construction processes and technical expertise.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., PMP, OSHA) are advantageous.
